DELIVERY OPTIONS

There are 3 ways to get your gorgeous items to you when you buy online.

 

1 - Next day £5.00 CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

If you order before 12.30pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) your order will be shipped to you by special courier guaranteed next day delivery. 

Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be shipped out on the next working day for delivery the day after.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.

2 - Two to three days £3.00

We will ship your goods to you using special courier and these will arrive within the normal time frame of 2 to 3 days, please be aware this could be longer at Christmas time.

3 - Pick up at store Free

If you live near the store you can buy online and pick up at your convenience.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Buying Online 

If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 14 days to return to us at the below address. All items must be returned with the original tags and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. When we receive your items back at store they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email.

Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send back to the above address, once the item is received back in store we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.

 

Buying In Store

We hope you enjoy your purchase from RACHEL. If not, items purchased can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. We ask that returned products be in new and unused condition and with the original garment tags still attached. Where the above conditions have not been met, we will be unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.
